How many people do you expect to attend the event?

We expect to have well over 300 vacation rental owners, managers, and hosts attending this year’s event. Between returning folks and first-time visitors, our numbers double every year.

What hotel do I need to book my room at?

The Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio is our venue this year. Located on the famous Riverwalk, you’ll find we’ve selected the perfect location for a successful event that lets you recharge or explore when we’re not in session.

With many suites to choose from, plus an onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, a 3- and 5- mile outdoor loop for a walk or run, a day spa and dining choices, your attendance doubles as a mini-vacation (and one you can write off as a business expense – now how cool is that?)

When should I fly in?  To which airport?

We recommend at least one day prior to the start date. But if you can spare a couple of extra days, San Antonio is “one cool city” (says the Huffington Post).

Whether you’re a lover of history or an art-loving foodie, San Antonio is sure to show you a fun time.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We’ll issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You also have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge up to 30 days before the event.

Will you be serving lunch?

Yes, the Westin will provide breakfast and lunch on both days of the event.

What is the recommended attire?

While we deliver a professional event, prepare to dress casually.  And while our hotel is climate-controlled, San Antonio averages between 84 and 90 degrees so plan accordingly for your exploration and adventures.
